The work you’ll do

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with our regional hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to reputed company recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for product management and engineering roles.

Candidate Experience
