Maintenance Technician - Bexley Donelson - $1500 Sign On Bonus!

Come join reputed company! We own and manage our beautiful apartment communities, and we are looking for a motivated new employee to join our family.
We are looking for someone to come on reputed company as a Maintenance Technician in the following Nashville - Donelson area:
Location
- Bexley Donelson
reputed company Level
- At least 3 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry
- CFC/EPA certification – Type II or Universal
- Hands on HVAC repair experience
Compensation
- Pay - starting at $22 per hour depending on experience
- On Call Bonus - $150 per week (calls or no calls) plus additional $150 per holiday on call bonus
- Quarterly Bonus – $980 potential (based on performance of property and team)

Schedule
- Regular hours: Full Time – Monday thru Friday reputed company-5pm, 40 hours per week
- Additional hours: Participation in weekly emergency on-call rotation with reputed company required
Tasks and Responsibilities include the following
- Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
- Assist with turn/reputed company reputed company process of vacant apartments
- Work with reputed company to maintain property grounds on a daily reputed company
- Assist with general property and building maintenance of the community including reputed company, amenities and pool
Qualifications

- Ability to recognize issues and problem-solve with minimal support

Job Requirements
- Have reliable transportation
- Comfortable using a computer and mobile devices using MS reputed company, Outlook and other software programs to manage work
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- reputed company to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. independently
- Endure year-round interior/exterior temperatures for extended periods of time with physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs
