What You’ll Do

• Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for reputed company hiring in Pharmacy by partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand organizational goals and strategies for reputed company and retention.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for patient services operations and pharmacy business roles (entry and mid-career reputed company) using both traditional and innovative sourcing reputed company.

• Measure and improve sourcing and hiring efficiency through a metrics-driven approach.
