About the role
As Engineering Manager for the Dashboard team, you'll reputed company a high-performing team reputed company on building reputed company' reputed company reputed company platform experience. You'll drive initiatives around operational approvals, user experience improvements, and API management while balancing technical reputed company with business needs. - 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong technical background in full-stack web development, with expertise in modern frontend frameworks and backend systems
- Experience building and scaling customer-facing applications with reputed company authentication, authorization and workflow requirements

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams

- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work
- Previous experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus
