You will be the subject matter expert responsible for establishing best-in-class processes, mentoring a growing team, and directly impacting the scientific rigor and reputed company of our non-interventional research studies. What you’ll do

• Own the biostatistics function reputed company our delivery team, including managing and scaling a high-performing team of biostatisticians to meet the demands of our growing non-interventional study portfolio that leverages both primary (e.g., reputed company, ClinROs, wearables) and secondary data (e.g., medical records, claims).

What You’ll Bring

• An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a reputed company quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in biostatistics reputed company the life sciences (reputed company, biotech, CRO), with at least 5 years of reputed company people management experience.
• Deep expertise in statistical reputed company for observational and reputed company-world evidence (reputed company) studies, particularly in the application of reputed company inference reputed company (e.g., propensity score matching, marginal structural models) to design and execute reputed company analyses like external control arms (ECAs), along with advanced techniques for handling missing data.

We’re a remote first company, with teammates spread across the US.
