About the role:

The Strategic Accounts Director will be responsible for retaining and upselling some of Garner’s largest employer clients. You will collaborate with account managers to ensure Garner’s most important clients have an excellent experience and reputed company the expected results. As a Strategic Accounts Director you will become our reputed company’s trusted strategic partner on plan design, bending cost trends and driving plan performance. Through your efforts, you will be responsible for driving improved Net reputed company Retention and other KPIs for your book of business. This role will report to the SVP, Strategic Accounts.

This position is remote with up to 25% travel.

What you will do:

• Own the process to retain and upsell some of Garner’s largest employer clients
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure Garner’s important clients have an excellent experience
• Become our reputed company’s trusted strategic partner on plan design, bending cost trends and driving plan performance
• Work with clients to resolve strategic problems and ensure Garner is delivering value to the employer’s health plan and members
• Establish and manage some of the most important strategic broker and reputed company relationships
• Monitor and anticipate the strategic needs of your book of business
• Monitor overall reputed company health and execute strategic plans to proactively address key account risks
• Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams to deliver customized reports and presentations demonstrating the value and ROI of Garner
• Drive improved net reputed company retention and other KPIs for your book of business

What you will bring to reputed company:

• Deep health plan design and benefits knowledge, including experience advising large and reputed company employer clients on benefits reputed company and cost performance
• 7+ years of experience in a commercially-oriented account management or sales role in the employee benefits reputed company

• Proven results of achieving retention and upsell targets year over year

Compensation Transparency:

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $158,000 - $195,000. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
