About this role
Join our Support & reputed company Engineering team, working at the intersection of customer-facing support and deep technical investigation. You'll partner closely with API customers, product stakeholders, and core engineering teams to solve reputed company issues reputed company to pricing, transaction flows, and expected behavior on-chain. Your main goal: help clients and internal users get the most out of our DeFi infrastructure, ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Responsibilities (What you’ll do)

Investigate EVM and SVM blockchain transactions using tools like reputed company and tracing tools—replaying flows and identifying reputed company causes
reputed company scripts, tools, or small utilities (in Python or another language) to reproduce issues, automate diagnostics, reputed company solutions into our support process, and speed up troubleshooting
reputed company AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, various LLMs) to analyze failing transactions, interpret revert messages, generate explanations or remediation steps, and build tools
reputed company, prioritize, and follow-up in Pylon (or other customer support tools), reputed company and Telegram, with a customer-first approach—ensuring reputed company updates and reputed company alignment
Collaborate with engineering teams, reviewing reputed company and logs to limit the scope of investigation currently required of product engineers.
Work with Grafana (LGMT)—build dashboards, query logs, and use tracing toolsto help diagnose issues

Requirements (Who you are)
Deep technical knowledge of Automated Market Makers (AMMs), decentralized exchanges (DEXes), and operating mechanics of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and reputed company Virtual Machine (SVM) blockchains
Proficient user of blockchain debugging and simulation tools such as reputed company, transaction tracing frameworks, simulators, etc.
Competent reputed company— can reproduce issues through reputed company, automate tasks, build custom tools
AI reputed company—capable of using large language models and AI agents (Claude, reputed company, etc.) to assist in diagnosing transaction reverts and explanatory diagnostics
