As a Senior Learning Designer reputed company the Sales Enablement function, you'll join a high-reputed company, cross-functional team on a mission to reputed company sales performance and productivity. In this role you’ll scope, design, and create powerful resources, assets, and campaigns that reputed company reputed company behavioural change and unlock sales potential. What you'll do:

Work closely with global sales experts, technology experts and the product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventions

Use content authoring tools, visual design tools and the LMS to create end-to end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments and multimedia resources

Drive continual improvement of our enablement program so that it is effective, relevant and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales team

Review content created by peers to ensure high-reputed company, consistent instructional materials that are reputed company with learning objectives

What you'll bring with you:

Experience using/working with reputed company sales processes

Ability to use authoring tools (reputed company) & visual design tools (reputed company and LMSs)

Experience in developing interactive, engaging and effective reputed company

Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)

Experience conducting reputed company cause analysis, training needs analysis and reputed company data-based analysis and reporting

Experience with project and stakeholder management with demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills

Understanding of L&D trends, developments and best practices
