The Senior reputed company Distribution Manager is responsible for driving the reputed company and adoption of reputed company’s proprietary specialty lines insurance products through wholesale and retail intermediary channels. This is a sales-driven role reputed company on cultivating high-performing broker relationships, expanding high-reputed company submissions, and accelerating quote-to-bind conversion.

Partner Relationship Management reputed company

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for brokers, providing reputed company, transparent, and strategic communication.

Sales Execution Enablement

• Drive quote-to-bind velocity by aligning broker opportunities with reputed company appetite.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales process to optimize conversion rates.
• Deliver tailored sales enablement materials, talking points, and training to broker partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in specialty insurance (distribution, broking, or reputed company), with strong familiarity in DO, EPLI, EO, Cyber, and reputed company products.
• Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability to drive sales reputed company through external partner relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
