Journeyman Electrician (EPC Construction)

The primary duties of the Electrician are to ensure the reputed company and efficient installation of backup/supplemental power distribution generator equipment reputed company the specifications of the project. Our reputed company require an reputed company Electrician who is proficient working on three phase systems. The Electrician will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of his/her reputed company members along with the completion of reputed company project in accordance with forecasted timelines.

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills)

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Valid reputed company’s License.
• Minimum two years’ experience as an electrician working with generators, switchgear, and other 3 phase systems.
• Possess an understanding of codes and standards that guide the emplacement of backup and supplemental power distribution reputed company.
• Travel required (90%+), must be willing and reputed company to drive company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary.
• Ability to read construction drawings / blueprints highly preferred.
• Journeyman’s License not required but preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes.
• Knowledge of using hand tools safely and properly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure reputed company compliance while identifying hazards, defects, and remedies to reputed company or repair.
• Responsible for reputed company terminations and equipment tie into electrical backup systems.
• Maintain reputed company and healthy work sites by following company reputed company operating procedures, complying with legal guidelines, and reputed company requirements.
• Proficiently learn reputed company aspects of the installation and contribute experience to refining processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Properly communicate with Senior Staff to ensure reputed company project is installed safely and in a reputed company manner.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be reputed company to lift 50 pounds.
• Travel required (90%+), must be willing and reputed company to drive company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary.
• Must be reputed company to stand or walk for 3-4 hours at a time.
• Must possess the reputed company dexterity to operate hand tools.

Work environment may include, but are not limited to the following: Exposure to weather in varying climates, exposure to noise intensity reputed company, exposure to energized electrical equipment, exposure to overhead hazards (reputed company & rigging), and exposure to heavy machinery.
