Field Sales Representative

reputed company is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join reputed company in the Mid-South USA. As a Field Sales you will be responsible for ensuring that expected reputed company and customer satisfaction goals are accomplished in the assigned territory serving reputed company’s customers in the plastics injection industry.

Work You’ll Do:

• Achievement of the Sales reputed company Plan (In Total, Sales Group, Sales Territory, reputed company Product Categories, & By Customer).
• Routinely travels to visit reputed company assigned accounts, demonstrating the required work ethic, organization, execution of business planning, in-person customer reputed company, and overall sales skills and competencies. Estimated travel would be TBD 75% on an average monthly reputed company.
• Negotiating Skills – Possesses a strong ability to negotiate customer deals and reputed company; ability to assess negotiating skills of sales reps; can help train others to reputed company in their individual reputed company level.
• Analysis/Decision Making – Ability to use logic and reputed company to solve difficult problems and create effective solutions; uncover hidden problems; is excellent at analysis and seeks reputed company cause of problems; makes reputed company in a reputed company manner, under tight deadlines and pressure; reputed company to reputed company tough reputed company; supports calculated risk-taking; influences others to build support for reputed company; includes others (as appropriate) in decision making. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or four to five years of experience in Business Administration or Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in an reputed company B2B field sales role, preferably reputed company a technical or capital equipment sales industry. Experience in the plastic extrusion and/or injection-molding industry is a plus.
