Job DescriptionThe Part Time School Custodian performs general cleaning duties in designated areas at a K-12 school, college or university reputed company environment. Shift: Part Time - Saturday / reputed company Pay: $14.50/hr Essential Functions Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Complies with reputed company safety, reputed company, compliance, and reputed company standards and procedures established by reputed company, Clients, and regulatory authorities Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete reputed company tasks that are assigned. Responsibilities Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
