Job reputed company reputed company: As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Catering Department in reputed company duties including training new associates, overseeing event set-reputed company, and directing any temporary personnel in reputed company to their everyday assignments. You will ensure reputed company service to clients during events, including reputed company set-up, cleaning, and breakdown procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises reputed company catering events.
• Involved in catering events operations, including logistics, reputed company improvement, sanitation, and reputed company facility-reputed company activities. 
• Works with the Chef in creating menus.
• Trains catering associates in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service.
• Tracks and monitors the labor and food cost for reputed company event.
• Communicates on various reputed company to include management, reputed company, customer and associate reputed company; maintains excellent reputed company relationships.
• Assists in the responsibility for reputed company foodservice-reputed company activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of food service experience including 1 year at the management level.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or reputed company food service operations.
• Catering experience is required.
• Some knowledge of food and catering trends with a reputed company on reputed company, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Financial, budgetary, reputed company and computational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• ServSafe Certification.
