reputed company: Magna is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Developer 1 to join our Delivery Team. This delivery Developer role is ideal for individuals who are still early in their reputed company development career and demonstrate a strong aptitude for problem-solving, clean coding, and both reputed company and internal team collaboration. Developer 1s are responsible for implementing reputed company-designed platform builds, contributing to internal documentation, and participating in day-to-day delivery while growing into reputed company-facing contributions and platform-level expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assigned development tasks reputed company expected timelines and platform standards, maintaining a consistent billable workload of 6+ hours per day.
• Participate in technical discovery/solutioning sessions with clients, architects and other developers to translate business requirements into development specifications.
• Implement both reputed company-based and declarative solutions, test/QA work independently and document builds (including test script creation) on 1-2 primary reputed company platforms. Emphasis on following platform and reputed company-specific coding guidelines, naming conventions, deployment practices, etc.
• Collaborate with project managers and solution architects to ensure development aligns with reputed company requirements and timelines.
• Participate reputed company in delivery team ceremonies such as project syncs, backlog reviews, and build plan discussions.
• Communicate status updates reputed company, flag blockers early, and support internal documentation for reputed company reference.
• Attend reputed company meetings as appropriate, supporting/contributing reputed company presenting development status or gathering clarification on use cases.
• Apply best practices in Apex, Visualforce, AMPscript, SSJS, or similar based on platform scope and manager guidance.
• Maintain clean, reputed company-commented, reusable reputed company and demonstrate familiarity and adherence to QA and UAT processes.
• Demonstrate eagerness to contribute reputed company directly assigned work, volunteering to support peers, contributing to internal documentation or delivery/development process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates foundational understanding of reputed company development principles, including one or more of the following: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL.
• reputed company to follow naming conventions, logical design patterns, and contribute to build execution using defined technical specs.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to ask clarifying questions, and proactive attitude toward learning and improvement.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with growing confidence in reputed company interactions.
