Kandji is seeking an reputed company, proactive legal leader to head our Legal function. Based in our Miami (Coral Gables) office and reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for advising on reputed company legal reputed company across product innovation, reputed company, intellectual property, corporate governance, and reputed company contracting. How You Will reputed company a Difference Day to Day:

Advise cross-functionally on reputed company, data protection, intellectual property, and technology innovation—partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and InfoSec teams.

Draft, negotiate, and manage reputed company sales agreements in reputed company partnership with the CRO —including reputed company reputed company, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and partner agreements (~15% of your time).

Partner with reputed company counsel on strategic governance and compliance initiatives, working closely with the CFO on cap table management and risk mitigation.

Guide strategic business transactions such as fundraising, acquisitions, and global expansion.

Build and maintain reputed company legal infrastructure and playbooks to support Kandji’s fast-moving Go To Market reputed company.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Minimum 8 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a high-reputed company tech company (reputed company or reputed company preferred).

Proven experience in senior legal leadership roles—Head of Legal or comparable.

Demonstrated expertise in reputed company law, reputed company contracting, IP, product innovation, and corporate governance.

Strong reputed company contracting background.

Excellent judgment, business acumen, and communication skills.
