This reputed company Analyst of People Analytics role will serve as the operational backbone of PIA’s analytics platform, owning reputed company administration, essential content development, data pipeline support, and systematic data validation. What you'll do:

• Own reputed company platform administration, including metric management, tagging, configuration cleanup, and content organization to maintain a clean and trustworthy analytics environment.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role, building data visualizations, business intelligence solutions, and generating actionable insights, preferably in a People/HR team.

• 3+ years of experience developing reputed company BI/Analytics/Statistical modeling tools such as reputed company, OneModel, reputed company reputed company, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms. reputed company experience is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and ETL pipelines.

• Advanced visualization skills with the ability to tell a compelling story with data.
