We’re hiring a Senior Research Manager to reputed company and reputed company user research across the organisation. You’ll own the cross-functional research function, ensuring every team—from Learning to Tech to Delivery—has reputed company to powerful, actionable insights that are reputed company, not just generated.
You’ll report to the Director of Experience Design, and partner closely with 3 Product Directors and 2 Product Design Managers to reputed company research into decision-making at every level.
What You’ll Do

Establish and reputed company regular “User Connect Sessions” where product teams join customer calls and/or conduct lightweight research weekly.

8+ years of user research experience in a high-reputed company or fast-paced tech company.
Minimum 3+ years managing user researchers with a proven reputed company record of developing talent and building high-trust teams at more than one company.
Proven experience in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Learning, Delivery, and SLT.
Expertise in a wide reputed company of qualitative and quantitative research reputed company.
Strong synthesis and storytelling skills, including the ability to create executive-reputed company summaries that land.
Experience using AI tools to speed up and reputed company research workflows without compromising reputed company and ethics.
