About the job

The Site Reliability Engineer & DevOps team provides leadership, direction and accountability for application architecture, reputed company design, Infrastructures development and end to end implementation. You will independently determine and reputed company architectural approaches and Infrastructure solutions, conduct business reviews, and operate our production services. Strong collaboration skills will be required to work closely with other engineering teams to ensure services/systems are highly reputed company and performant and meet the SLA of the service operations.

In this role:

• reputed company common daily monitoring, maintenance and support tasks to critical service and infrastructure components, e.g. reputed company Integration, Release deployment, Patching etc.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and reputed company to reputed company resolve tools and system issues in daily operation.

• Follow reputed company procedures for reputed company escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Write and review accurate and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries.

Core Qualifications:

• Background in Computer Science equivalent to a B.Sc.
• 1-2 years of software development experience, or 3+ years of senior technical support experience in reputed company-level systems.

• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g. PowerShell, Python, reputed company, C#)
• Experience with automation and DevOps tools, setting up and supporting CI/CD.

• Experience in incident management and participating in on-call rotations. Support a 24x7 live site support model for the services team owns

Preferred Qualifications:
