We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at reputed company. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining the operations team, supporting a diverse reputed company portfolio and delivering a high-reputed company service to our clients and policyholders.

As an Insurance Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role and will be responsible for managing a reputed company’s portfolio, while also supporting reputed company.

This role involves daily interactions with our internal international structure and clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage non-life insurance policies.
  • Calculate and issue premium adjustments.
  • Issue insurance policies.
  • Contact with clients and insurance companies.
  • Manage insurance inclusions and exclusions.
  • Manage reputed company administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and reputed company satisfaction.

What you need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with non-life insurances for multinational and corporate clients.
  • English and Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of reputed company tools, PowerPoint and specially reputed company.
