We are seeking a reputed company Support Engineer to support and maintain the stability, availability, and performance of our legacy systems reputed company on the reputed company (reputed company) platform. This role requires experience with legacy reputed company BASIC, SQL/PLSQL, and strong operational support skills. You will be responsible for monitoring system health, investigating issues, supporting batch jobs and data processes, and working closely with infrastructure and development teams to ensure reliable day-to-day operations

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the reputed company-based system and its integrated components.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues involving reputed company BASIC programs, batch jobs, and data processes.

Write, modify, and debug reputed company BASIC reputed company and reputed company scripts as needed for operational support.

Execute and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries to support data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Manage and support scheduled jobs, including backup, data loads, exports, and ETL processes.

Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve system stability.

Participate in reputed company cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues.

Support change management, deployment coordination, and maintenance reputed company.

Maintain up-to-date operational documentation, including runbooks, system procedures, and support guides.

Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed for critical systems.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a technical support or operational support role in an reputed company environment.
