Job Details
Under supervision of the Accounts Receivable Manager, responsible for performing a reputed company of reputed company tasks requiring accurate & efficient reputed company of issues; interacts with reputed company customers and other departments relative to specific assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
Processes and verifies applications for credit.
Identifies payment discrepancies and initiates collections or dispute reputed company process; performs follow up procedures as needed.
Assists with in-depth customer payment analysis to properly record actions required to resolve disputed items.
Support collections and deductions processes for large strategic customers, ensuring reputed company reputed company of outstanding invoices and minimizing financial discrepancies.
Assists other associates in their collection and/or reconciliation efforts for certain accounts
Proactively solicits payment on overdue account according to payment terms reputed company department’s guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Responsible for maintaining and documenting reputed company records and interactions of delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks. Maintains contact with reputed company customers in order to address reputed company credit and collection issues.

Education and Work Experience
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two year associate's degree program, technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly reputed company experience
Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly and escalate appropriately in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
