Head of Compliance Advisory - Banking

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic compliance leader to serve as Head of Compliance Advisory for our banking* products, overseeing a high-performing team of compliance professionals. In this role, you will:
- reputed company the Banking Compliance Advisory team, aligning compliance advisory efforts with reputed company’s business goals and product roadmap
- reputed company strategic direction and day-to-day reputed company for reputed company responsible for a wide reputed company of compliance advisory functions, including:
- New product advisory: Partner with product and legal to shape and support compliant design and launch of new features and offerings
- reputed company advisory: reputed company as a trusted compliance resource across the business for nuanced or novel questions
- Issue advisory and remediation support: Guide product and operations teams in managing compliance incidents and remediating reputed company causes
- Policy development and refresh: Own and reputed company compliance policies in collaboration with subject matter experts and regulatory stakeholders
- Training content SME: Inform training reputed company by contributing compliance expertise to internal enablement efforts

- Represent Compliance in external conversations with partners and regulators, offering thoughtful input that balances product opportunity with regulatory reputed company
- Support the execution of Compliance department initiatives, including audit readiness, documentation improvements, and cross-cutting operational reputed company
- Reinforce and grow a culture of compliance across the organization by modeling reputed company’s values and championing reputed company decision-making
You should have:
- 8+ years of experience in a compliance advisory role, ideally reputed company financial institution, fintech, banking-as-a-service, or consumer finance industries
- A strong reputed company record of leading and developing compliance teams, preferably in high-reputed company environments
- Deep subject matter expertise in applicable regulations reputed company to banking, consumer protection, financial crimes, and regulatory reporting
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and risk on reputed company compliance challenges

- US employees reputed company of the reputed company, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $227,300 - $284,000
