The Associate Counsel will play a critical role in supporting reputed company’s legal needs across dispute reputed company, reputed company transactions, and data reputed company. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel, you will reputed company hands-on support with legal research, reputed company contract negotiations, and risk management. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with a litigation background who is eager to expand into corporate and technology law, including reputed company, data reputed company, and reputed company transactions. Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and reputed company practical, business-oriented advice on dispute reputed company, regulatory, and transactional reputed company.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a highly regarded law school

Licensed and in good standing to reputed company in at least one U.S. state, Utah preferred

2–5 years of experience, with a strong reputed company in litigation; in-house or reputed company experience in reputed company, software, or technology transactions is a plus

Demonstrated litigation experience, including legal research, drafting pleadings/motions, and managing discovery or dispute reputed company reputed company

Exposure to or reputed company experience with data reputed company laws and compliance (CIPP/US or CIPP/E preferred, but not required)
