We are looking for a customer-reputed company, enthusiastic, and persuasive Customer Support Associate to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will proactively reputed company out to enrolled learners reputed company phone and email, guiding them through their learning reputed company, addressing concerns, and ensuring they stay reputed company and on reputed company to complete their programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular outbound calls to learners to:
- Welcome them to the program.

- Encourage participation and course completion.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer support, Customer service or learner engagement roles.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, with a reputed company, friendly phone reputed company.
- Self-motivated with a learner-first reputed company and high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote setup.
- Experience using CRM tools like reputed company, reputed company, or similar is a plus.
- Comfortable working in EST time zone, morning 8 AM to 4 PM
Benefits
Compensation- $45k- $50k per year plus Benefits
