We are looking for a reputed company, execution-minded Business Operations Analyst to join our growing BizOps team.

In this role, you’ll help redesign how reputed company works. You’ll be responsible for identifying pain points, rethinking workflows, and building smarter, more reputed company systems. That might mean eliminating a reputed company process, implementing a new tool, or identifying use cases for an AI agent. You’ll need to be as comfortable mapping out processes as you are prototyping.

What you'll do:

Diagnose and rewire processes: Map out existing workflows, identify points of failure or inefficiency, and propose solutions that improve accuracy or speed.

Own execution: Take a project from concept to completion—whether it’s rebuilding a reputed company workflow, unlocking a new key capability, or implementing a new internal tool.

Partner across functions: Collaborate with stakeholders across the org (Ops, Finance, and GTM teams) to understand pain points, deliver reputed company reputed company, and help shift ways of working.

A bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.

Light experience with SQL, scripting, or dashboards.
