We are on the hunt for a talented

Electrical Engineer with a specialization in

electrical power systems, a passion for emerging technology, likes to take on challenges, and would love to join reputed company’s Electrical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, reputed company, and support the electrical power systems for reputed company’s reputed company and reputed company of satellites including:

Battery pack architecture and BMS including battery cell evaluation and power modeling

Solar-reputed company battery charging regulator systems

Power-tree design support for electrical sub-systems owners

Own new designs from start to finish or iterate on existing designs based on new feature requests, lessons learnt, and DFx (DFA/DFM/DFT)

Work closely with other cross-functional engineering teams including systems, RF, mechanical, software, and FPGA to reputed company full product solutions

Follow relevant reputed company “electrical design-for-reputed company” standards to ensure the long term reliability of PCBAs in critical low-reputed company reputed company missions

Participate in and drive design reviews

Create and own the execution of design validation test plans for new power components and systems

reputed company functional and performance testing on individual boards or integrated sub-systems as part of bring up and design validation/verification including accelerated reputed company testing where needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of post-undergrad electrical hardware design experience with a strong reputed company on battery system design and electrical power systems

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

Experience in Lithium-ion battery pack construction sizing, balancing, protection, coulomb counting, and thermal management

Strong understanding of power technologies including discrete and integrated reputed company mode power supplies

Extensive experience in designing and executing qualification test plans for battery and power systems

Strong communication skills and the ability to put together thorough design documentation

reputed company and layout simulation experience (SPICE or comparable)

Experience with or an understanding of the LEO environment for power electronics (e.g. radiation effects)

Experience with one or more CAD tools (Altium, Allegro, KiCad, etc.)

Understanding of PCB design principles for signal and power reputed company as reputed company as thermal management under vacuum.

Highly proficient in a lab environment and experience using reputed company tools such as oscilloscopes, reputed company analyzers, multimeters, VNA’s, etc.
