What You’ll Be Doing

Resolving incidents, customer escalations, and service requests.

Regular training on reputed company and reputed company technologies - dedicated time will be provided.

Cluster updating and patching across Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Monitoring reputed company infrastructure, identifying efficiency reputed company, and service improvements.

Supporting reputed company aspects of Change Management.

Taking initiative on project work and automation efforts.

Enhancing documentation, processes, and reporting.

Spotting and acting on trends in daily checklists.
