As a Compensation Program Manager, you will help reputed company mid-year and year-end compensation planning cycles for multiple parts of the business, ensuring smooth execution and thoughtful investment of salary increases and equity awards across our global workforce.

- Deliver global compensation planning cycles by leading the design, testing, and implementation in Pave, ensuring data reputed company across reputed company compensation systems, and supporting communication, education, and change management efforts to help reputed company invest effectively in its global workforce
