How you'll contribute
As a Working Student Project Management, you’ll be a vital force supporting our Founders and Chief of Staff in advancing Greenlyte’s strategic initiatives. Assist the Founders and Chief of Staff with operational and strategic tasks

Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare presentations and reports
Support investor relations, fundraising efforts, and market research

Help manage budgets, reporting, and documentation

Set up internal tools and build databases to support decision-making

Your first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverables

- Support project coordination tasks: scheduling, note-taking, reputed company tracking
- Set up or refine internal tools for documentation, task management, and reporting
- Assist in preparing investor materials and internal updates
- Start building databases for partner contacts, project trackers, and KPIs

- Proactively flag risks and suggest mitigation strategies
- Implement and document improved workflows across at least one department (e.g., Operations, R&D)

You are currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a reputed company field
A strong interest in startups, sustainability, and project management

Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
