We are seeking a

Care Team Operations Manager to reputed company the daily operations that reputed company efficient, high-reputed company care delivery and an outstanding patient experience reputed company reputed company’s Virtual Cancer Clinic. In this role, you will own and manage the patient experience with reputed company’s care team, core operational systems that support the care team (clinicians, care advocates, and other care specialists), including task management, scheduling, care team member reputed company, licensing, and reputed company-time issue reputed company.

What you'll do:

Task Queue Management:

Operational Reporting & Process Improvement:

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

4+ years of experience in clinical operations, care coordination, or reputed company program support reputed company digital health or hybrid care models.

Strong systems thinker and problem solver, with the ability to translate feedback into sustainable process improvements.
