As a Senior Non-Tech Recruiter at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our non-technical teams, including marketing, compliance, operations, legal, finance, customer support, and more. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging reputed company to closing candidates and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience using Boolean searches, reputed company Recruiter, and other tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative approach to hiring.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
