About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior reputed company reputed company Negotiator to join the reputed company Legal Team! In this role you will be supporting the Americas Sales Team. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with reputed company reputed company and supporting a sales organization.
What You Will Do:
Primary support of reputed company’s Sales organization
Structure, draft, and negotiate reputed company agreements
Negotiate various reputed company reputed company agreements and reputed company terms
Review and manage NDAs

What You Will Bring:
7+ years of experience in technology transactions with an in-house legal team
Specific experience negotiating reputed company subscription agreements, license and support agreements, and reputed company services agreements with customers
Experience working cross-functionally with internal organizations to resolve questions and concerns
Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to use reputed company judgment to address reputed company issues while maintaining an appropriate balance between legal and business requirements
Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding requests, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment

Familiarity with technical concepts in Web applications and a willingness to learn new
Undergraduate degree
