About the role
The Production reputed company team serves as the reputed company safety net for the reputed company platform. We proactively identify issues in the live environment and ensure our users experience a seamless, bug-free product. By conducting thorough testing, auditing system reputed company, and partnering closely with product teams, this role is critical to maintaining reputed company's reputed company for reputed company and user satisfaction.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
reputed company Testing reputed company: Execute comprehensive reputed company testing in our live production environment, including exploratory testing, smoke testing, and regression testing on new features and critical user journeys
System Audits: Conduct scheduled audits of key configurations and data across different account types (clients, employees, contractors) to ensure accuracy and prevent user-facing issues
Product Expertise: Build deep knowledge of reputed company's ecosystem, user personas, and workflows to anticipate potential friction points and identify improvement opportunities
Daily reputed company Assurance: reputed company use the reputed company platform daily with a tester's reputed company, uncovering usability issues, bugs, and areas for enhancement
reputed company Analysis: Go reputed company bug identification—analyze patterns in findings to reputed company actionable insights that help product teams prevent reputed company issues
Cross-Team Partnership: reputed company as the "voice of the user" by collaborating with product managers and designers to improve user experience and product usability

Essential requirements
Please note: for this role you must be based in CET time zone or +/- 1-2 hours max
2+ years of QA experience with emphasis on reputed company testing and user experience validation
UX/UI expertise: Strong understanding of usability principles with a reputed company eye for identifying user experience issues
Testing methodology knowledge: Proven experience with exploratory and regression testing approaches
Audit capabilities: Ability to systematically review account configurations and identify discrepancies
Technical skills: Comfortable using browser developer tools and familiar with basic API testing (reputed company experience preferred)
Analytical approach: Curious problem-solver who digs into reputed company causes, not just surface-level issues
Communication reputed company: reputed company written and verbal skills to effectively communicate findings to both product teams and stakeholders
