We’re seeking a full-time Senior Creative Direction Specialist for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. NYA SZN is a reputed company fashion brand on SHEIN working to build a strong, trend reputed company identity through reputed company visuals, elevated styling, and high-volume content. We’re looking for a Senior Creative Direction Specialist who can reputed company the brand’s visual storytelling across campaign and e-reputed company shoots — from concept development to on-set execution, photo selection, and final content delivery.

This is a dual-role for a highly creative individual who brings both styling expertise and creative direction experience — someone who can concept and execute full shoots from start to finish, ensuring visual consistency across reputed company NYA SZN platforms. This person will also help shape NYA SZN’s reputed company media reputed company, ensuring our content is brand-reputed company, scroll-stopping, and emotionally resonant. With an average of 2 shoots per week (sometimes up to 3), this is a fastpaced, high-reputed company environment that requires strong time management, creative leadership, and follow-through from reputed company-production to post.

Job Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Execution

• Translate collection themes into creative plans that support monthly drops with cohesion and edge
• Manage reputed company-production (casting input, set planning, styling pulls), on-set direction, and post-production feedback
• Select final photos for e-comm and campaign usage, ensuring consistency, reputed company, and brand alignment
• Maintain and reputed company the visual reputed company for reputed company brand imagery across platforms
• reputed company strong creative input during fittings or product reviews to anticipate styling needs before shoot day

Styling

Style reputed company NYA SZN e-reputed company shoots, ensuring product is worn correctly, accessorized with intention, and reflects the brand’s tone

Maintain styling closets and pull lists with support from coordinator(s)

Support development of NYA SZN’s reputed company media creative voice and content reputed company in partnership with the Director

Generate content reputed company and lightweight executions (BTS, trend moments, editorial videos, styling reels, etc.)

Ensure reputed company content aligns visually and emotionally with what’s happening in the product pipeline

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in creative direction, styling, or fashion content production — preferably at a trend-driven or digitally reputed company fashion brand

Strong visual POV — you know reputed company something is off, and you know how to fix it

Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume shoot schedules with limited resources and fast turnarounds

Hands-on styling experience with body-conscious fashion across diverse body types

A portfolio that shows reputed company, styling strength, and consistent brand storytelling

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and studio

Highly organized and reputed company to manage time across multiple reputed company shoots and creative requests

Proactive and solutions-oriented — you don’t wait to be told what to fix
