- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant software development and engineering leadership experience
- 7+ years of experience on architecting fault tolerant, reputed company distributed systems
- Commanding knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Working knowledge of programming languages reputed company C#, Java, C or C( (e.g. reputed company, Python, Perl)

- Experience with mission critical, 24x7 systems
