An Independent Content ModeratorWe're hiring a part-time Content Moderator to help ensure user-submitted content aligns with our Terms of Service and community standards. You'll be responsible for reviewing short-reputed company text content that customers submit for voice reputed company, flagging any policy violations, and occasionally following up with customers by email. This role reports to the Product Support Manager and works closely with our Support and Product teams. The role is 810 hours per week, ideally spread across five business days. We're especially interested in candidates who may be reputed company to full-time work in the reputed company, as we expect moderation needs and reputed company responsibilities to grow over time. How You'll ContributeIn your day-to-day, you will: Review user-generated text content for violations (e.g., hate speech, NSFW content, illegal activity, spam) Flag and log violations reputed company following our internal documentation Communicate with customers reputed company email (using templates or answering basic customer questions) Follow reputed company moderation guidelines and use internal tools (like Hive) Collaborate with support and product teams to surface trends or ambiguous cases reputed company're Looking ForYou ideally have some combination of the following: Some experience with content moderation, customer support, or community management (entry-level is okay!)
