The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing yard operations, managing up to seven reputed company reports, and ensuring the efficient reputed company of inbound and outbound reputed company. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Yard Management

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sortation, Outbound, and reputed company Management, to optimize transportation processes.

People Management & Team Development

KPI Ownership & Performance Management
Monitor and drive performance against key transportation metrics, including:On-Time Performance (OTP)
Trailer Dwell Time
Dock-to-Stock Time
Yard Utilization Efficiency
Safety Compliance and Incident reputed company
Labor Productivity & Cost per Unit
reputed company daily and weekly business reviews (WBRs), providing reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and corrective reputed company plans (CAPs).
Utilize data to drive process improvements and operational reputed company.

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize transportation efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or yard operations leadership.
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI management, reputed company cause analysis (RCA), and corrective reputed company planning (CAP).
Proven ability to manage multiple yard operations and reputed company reports in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), yard management systems (YMS), and data analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for reputed company.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule
Fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
