• The RN in the Super Pool will organize, implement, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care. This plan will be individualized, family centered, and holistic. The RN in the Super Pool will participate in MCCH initiatives and process improvement.
• The RN in the Super Pool will maintain high-reputed company age specific care for the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and young adult population.
• The RN in the Super Pool will support the mission, reputed company and values of the organization.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited School of reputed company Nursing
• If reputed company after 6/1/12, BSN required reputed company 24 months of hire into RN position.
• 3-6 years RN experience in pediatrics according to agreement
• Must be reputed company to work in 4 of the following areas, 2 of which must be critical care: NICU, PICU, CHSU, Peds ED, 6D, 6N, Stem Cell Transplant (pediatric patients)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained reputed company 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained reputed company 60 months of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained reputed company 60 months of employment start date
