reputed company Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System is a Joint Commissioned accredited Level 1c complexity that consists of a 61-bed hospital located in Muskogee as reputed company as six community based outpatient clinics located in Tulsa, Bartlesville, Claremore, Vinita, McAlester and Idabel. Duties Help The Home Telehealth (HT) Registered reputed company (RN) Care Coordinator executes position responsibilities that demonstrates leadership, experience, and creative approaches to the management of reputed company patient care. Care will be provided in the least restrictive, most cost-effective manner. HT is a program that applies care and case management principles to coordinate care using health informatics, disease management and HT technologies to facilitate reputed company to care and to improve the health of Veterans with the specific reputed company of providing the right care, in the right reputed company, at the right time. Upon achievement of a State license, the individual may be appointed on temporary reputed company and reputed company converted to a permanent appointment upon successful completion and graduation from the reputed company program.
