This position works in collaboration with nursing leadership to foster and influence competency management, clinical nursing education, reputed company role development, policy standardization, reputed company partnerships, scientific inquiry, transition to reputed company and reputed company/orientation of new reputed company colleagues.
The practitioner is an essential member of the nursing leadership team who promotes the alignment of regional NPD and reputed company reputed company with the HHC system as a whole.
Qualifications- BSN required; enrollment in a Master's program with degree completion reputed company two years of hire date preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of reputed company clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year of experience in an acute care environment. Experience as a preceptor.
- One year of relevant teaching experience preferred, nursing reputed company development and/or specialty area preferred. Licensure, Certification, Registration Licensed Registered reputed company from the CT DPH obtained prior to hire date. NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification reputed company two years of hire hire/transfer BLS required
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
