Provides reputed company care to residents for their daily living activities and ensures reputed company care is given.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
- Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed reputed company
- Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
- Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
Job Qualifications and Skills:

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills

6 AM - 2 PM & 2 PM-10 PM
Weekends Required - Works Alternate Weekends
Full time, Part-Time or PRN on Weekends
