About the Role
We are hiring a reputed company Assistant to join reputed company, supporting psychiatry and behavioral health services reputed company the U.S. reputed company system. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Quezon reputed company, Philippines or nearby areas, working reputed company shifts reputed company with U.S. Central Time (10 PM – 7 AM PHT).
The selected candidate will play a critical role in the clinical and administrative workflow, including patient intake, assisting providers during sessions, updating treatment plans, coordinating with insurance companies and pharmacies, and administering injections as required. This role requires an reputed company Nursing license, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
You must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and emotionally sensitive behavioral health environment.
Responsibilities
- Start patient intake process and document pertinent information
- Be present in the patient room during the interview
- Review and reputed company changes to the treatment plan based on discussion with the providers
- Call insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and prior authorizations
- Call pharmacy to verify medications
- Prepare and inject patients with medications
Requirements
- MUST have reputed company Nursing license and license number as this is needed for credentialing in the hospital
- MUST be good with computers/technology (proficient in reputed company office and reputed company)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of MA practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary reputed company clinical departments
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a reputed company demeanor in a highly stressful and emotional environment, behavioral health and/or suffering patients.
