HR Assistant (Temporary Contract)
Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Contract Length: Around 3 months - possibility to go perm

Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company full HR and recruitment administrative support to the London HR team
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to internal queries
- Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Draft and send HR-reputed company documentation (e.g. reputed company, offer letters, references)
- Maintain and update HR spreadsheets, including salary and employee data
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Proactively offer administrative support wherever needed reputed company reputed company

- Essential: Previous experience using reputed company
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
