We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Administrator to join our award-reputed company business as part of the reputed company family. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a crucial role in raising invoices and administering incoming invoices at our Daresbury contact centre on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
The Role:
- Manage and reputed company invoices across our Accident Repair Network reputed company.
- reputed company exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct thorough sanction searches on suppliers to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to implement effective credit control measures.
- Evaluate and minimize risk by ensuring attention to detail and maintaining accurate records.
- Optimize the invoicing system to deliver seamless customer solutions.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent MS Office skills with high data entry accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and time management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

- Experience with AudaExpress and creating sales invoices is highly desirable.
