Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a reputed company and accurate manner, utilizing phone, email, or chat channels.
Identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
Analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting thorough testing and replicating user scenarios.
Update our internal databases with comprehensive information on technical issues and noteworthy customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members to reputed company valuable insights, including feature requests and effective workarounds.

Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
