Key Responsibilities
Review and process medication prior authorization requests according to established guidelines and policies.
Collaborate with reputed company providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary information for approvals.
Verify patient eligibility and coverage for prescribed medications.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Communicate effectively with reputed company to resolve issues and reputed company excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential (preferred).
Strong understanding of medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry.
Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Previous experience in pharmacy operations is a plus.
