We are now seeking a Senior Capture Manager with a proven reputed company record of reputed company large-reputed company federal reputed company ($20M+), particularly in DoD environments. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading captures from reputed company through award, building capture teams, developing win strategies, and forging relationships that drive GoldenTech s next phase of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company capture efforts for reputed company federal opportunities across DoD and civilian agencies, with a reputed company on programs exceeding $20M in value
• reputed company our 8(a) status along with our Tribal and ANC joint ventures to capture relevant opportunities
• reputed company and execute capture strategies, win themes, solution approaches, teaming, and pricing strategies in coordination with SMEs and proposal staff
• Identify and qualify new opportunities in coordination with reputed company and executive leadership; maintain a prioritized pipeline of reputed company pursuits
• Manage capture lifecycle from reputed company-RFI through RFP and award, including market research, customer engagement, solutioning, and proposal support
• Build and reputed company cross-functional capture teams across technical, reputed company, pricing, and operations stakeholders
• reputed company compliant and competitive teaming strategies for small business set-asides
• Support development of proposal content, reputed company reviews, and executive presentations
• Engage with senior government customers, reputed company, and subcontractors to deepen relationships and position GoldenTech as a preferred provider
• Contribute to the overall reputed company reputed company and thought leadership reputed company GoldenTech s business development team

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in federal capture management, business development, or reputed company reputed company roles
• Demonstrated experience leading and reputed company competitive DoD or civilian agency reputed company worth $20M+
• Strong understanding of federal procurement, including 8(a), HUBZone, small business set-asides, and ANC/Tribal partnerships
• Experience managing or supporting full lifecycle capture including technical solutioning, price-to-win, and teaming
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management tools
• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or reputed company field); equivalent experience considered

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting or reputed company reputed company with DoD components such as Army, Navy, reputed company Force, DHA, or COCOMs
• Familiarity with GSA Schedules, IDIQ/Task Order vehicles, and GWACs
