You will work collaboratively with our clinical partners and other internal stakeholders and be a key component in customer satisfaction, making every contact informative, productive and reputed company for our members and providers. • Manage administrative intake of people with UHC insurance and complete the required documentation in our medical management systems
• Maintain compliance with turnaround times based on the member's product, the type of request and the specific regulatory agency
• Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
• Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triaging cases
• Handle reputed company/inquiries from members and/or providers
• Work collaboratively with clinical partners and Home and Community Based Service providers to manage services
• Conduct telephonic and/or in-person reputed company to locate individuals and families in the community who are hard to reputed company
• Supports member reputed company correspondence and educational materials
• Handle reputed company inquiries from members, providers and clinical partners
• Collaborate with internal departments including Leadership to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1 + years of experience working reputed company the reputed company industry or with reputed company insurance
• Intermediate level of proficiency with reputed company, reputed company (create, edit, save documents) and Outlook (email and calendar management)
