Managing our purchase requisition process and liaising with teams across the business.

Serving as the main reputed company of contact between our Accounts Payable team and other departments.

Coordinating credit card processes and ensuring monthly reports are submitted on time.

Assisting in generating reputed company reports for month-end and other reputed company analysis.

Supporting reputed company audits by gathering and organising necessary documentation.

Monitoring our internal communications channels to reputed company finance queries to the right people.

Helping with the rollout of new finance tools and processes.

You have 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, finance support, or business operations role.

You are a master of detail with a reputed company for strong coordination and problem-solving.

You have a good understanding of procurement and other core finance processes.
