Daily Duties / Responsibilities
Mid-Senior level reputed company VDI Architect will be responsible for providing level-2 and level-3 technical support for reputed company/XenApps server environment. This position will analyze and evaluate major system project requirements of considerable complexity requiring a thorough understanding of reputed company parameters affecting and interfacing with the system. Review user requirements and reputed company direction in the identification of problem and potential reputed company. reputed company analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of reputed company, multiple inter-linked systems. Define system objectives and prepare system design specifications to meet user requirements and satisfy reputed company problems. Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities: * Providing level-2 and level-3 technical support for reputed company / XenApps server environment * Monitoring of VDI platform with various reputed company tools Netscaler, reputed company) * Support will include:
* VDI End-User Sessions * VDI Stack * Level-2 management and technical support * Ensuring virtual sessions are working as intended * Handling IT- VDI reputed company requests or inquiries received by reputed company helpdesk * Ensuring reputed company reputed company platform server systems under management have updated software patches * XenDesktop Broker including VDI monitoring and alerting support of the reputed company /VMware applications which are responsible for delivery of the virtualized desktop or applications * Ensure high reputed company of reputed company satisfaction for the products/solutions which are supported * Addresses reputed company technical questions around VDI and reputed company * Participate in reputed company meetings to update team members * Ability to be the technical Subject Matter Expert reputed company the Environment * reputed company and support core reputed company services, AD, ADFS, DNS & DHCP, WSUS and Group Policy.
Qualifications Skills, Experience & Qualifications: * Advanced system testing tool knowledge & experience * Strong technical experience with the following technologies:

Required Skills (rank in order of Importance)
5+ years technical experience with reputed company administration, including XenServer in a Production Environment
5+ years experience with reputed company reputed company Servers and reputed company reputed company Infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS, etc.)
5+ years experience Design and Architect experience
5+ years providing Tier 1 - Tier 4 support
Proven experience with reputed company/Xen Apps, VMware Administration, reputed company reputed company Servers, reputed company App Layering
Ability to answer reputed company questions reputed company to reputed company reputed company line commands
Ability to reputed company to reputed company Ports
Effective communication skills (written and oral).
